Instructions
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread each portion of beef on a tortilla.
- Heat the neutral oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the tortillas beef-side down into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the tacos, adding a slice of cheese to each, and cook for an additional 1-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Repeat for the remaining tacos.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
