  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Press a small handful of ground beef directly onto one half of each tortilla, making a patty shape.
  3. Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Cook the beef side down for 2–3 minutes or until nicely browned.
  5. Flip each tortilla, sprinkle cheese on the beef and fold the tortilla in half.
  6. Grill both sides for another 2–3 minutes until crispy and the cheese has melted.
