Description

Ingredients

  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • Optional toppings: Pickles, diced onions, burger sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Take a handful of ground beef and press it onto one half of each tortilla.
  3. Cook the beef side down for 2–3 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip the tortillas, sprinkle cheese on the beef, and fold them in half.
  5. Grill each side until crispy and the cheese is melted.
  6. Slice and serve warm with your preferred toppings.
