Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Optional toppings: Pickles, diced onions, burger sauce
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Take a handful of ground beef and press it onto one half of each tortilla.
- Cook the beef side down for 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the tortillas, sprinkle cheese on the beef, and fold them in half.
- Grill each side until crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm with your preferred toppings.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using a non-stick pan and experimenting with different types of cheese.
