Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Take a small handful of ground beef and press it directly onto one half of each tortilla. Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Carefully place the tortillas in the skillet with the beef side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the beef turns a rich, golden brown.
- Flip the tortilla, sprinkle with shredded cheese, then fold it in half. Grill both sides until they are crispy, and the cheese melts into gooey perfection.
