Ingredients

  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • Optional: pickles, diced onions, and burger sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Press a handful of ground beef onto one half of each tortilla, seasoning generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the beef side down for about 2–3 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and fold in half.
  5. Grill both sides of the quesadilla until crispy and the cheese is melty.
  6. Remove from heat and slice into wedges. Serve warm.

Notes

For best results, preheat the skillet to achieve the perfect crispy exterior. Adjust toppings to personal preference.
