Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, burger sauce
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Take a small handful of ground beef and press it directly onto one half of each tortilla.
- Season the beef generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the beef side down for about 2–3 minutes until it’s nicely browned.
- Carefully flip the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and fold it in half.
- Grill both sides for a few minutes until they are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Once done, slice into wedges and serve hot!
Notes
Best enjoyed with crispy fries or a fresh salad. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
