These mini burgers pack a punch of flavor with just the right amount of smokiness, making them a perfect treat for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Sliced cheese (optional)
  • Fresh veggies (lettuce, tomato, onion) for garnish
  • Dipping sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.
  4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. If using cheese, add it to the patties in the last minute of cooking to let it melt.
  6. Toast the slider buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing the patties on the buns and adding fresh veggies and dipping sauce as desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, toast the buns on the grill and experiment with various toppings and dipping sauces.
