Delicious S’mores Cookie Bars combining gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows
- Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until it’s light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Ensure everything is well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually incorporate this mixture into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Spread the cookie dough in your prepared baking pan, pressing it down evenly.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate chips and marshmallows on top for an extra indulgent touch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days; can be frozen for up to two months.
