Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the dish, ensuring they’re in a single layer.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, 1/2 cup of Parmesan, cornstarch, oregano, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Lay one slice of mozzarella on each chicken breast.
  5. Spread the sour cream mixture over each piece of chicken and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
