Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the egg noodles according to the package instructions, drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil, sauté chopped onion until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
