- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the egg noodles according to the package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat oil, sauté chopped onion until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine drained noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Pair with a side salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
