Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set them aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion and minced garlic. Drain the excess fat afterward.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the cooked beef mixture with the egg noodles and sour cream mixture, ensuring everything is well coated.
  6. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the noodle mixture, followed by half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
