- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set them aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion and minced garlic. Drain the excess fat afterward.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked beef mixture with the egg noodles and sour cream mixture, ensuring everything is well coated.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the noodle mixture, followed by half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
