- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt; stir until everything is combined smoothly.
- Slice the bananas and layer them evenly in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the bananas, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
