Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until translucent.
- Toss in the diced potatoes and pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
