  • 4 cloves Garlic, sliced

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in the olive oil.
  3. Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until the garlic turns golden without burning.
  4. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet, stirring to coat in the garlic oil.
  5. Add salt to taste, and sprinkle in chopped parsley.
  6. Serve warm, topped with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
