Cozy Spaghetti served in crispy garlic bread bowls, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 4 garlic bread bowls
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mixed vegetables if using, and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they’re tender.
- Add marinara sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and let everything simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix it with the sauce until fully coated.
- Carefully hollow out the garlic bread bowls, ensuring you leave a thick enough crust to hold the pasta.
- Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture, then generously top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place the filled bowls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the bowls are golden and the cheese has melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
