  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mixed vegetables if using, and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they’re tender.
  4. Add marinara sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and let everything simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix it with the sauce until fully coated.
  6. Carefully hollow out the garlic bread bowls, ensuring you leave a thick enough crust to hold the pasta.
  7. Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture, then generously top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Place the filled bowls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the bowls are golden and the cheese has melted.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
