- 4 garlic bread bowls
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce (marinara, alfredo, or your favorite)
- Optional: 1 cup mixed vegetables (diced bell peppers, fresh spinach, mushrooms)
- Grated parmesan cheese (for serving)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Warm the pasta sauce in a saucepan over medium heat and add veggies, cooking until tender.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce, mixing until well-coated.
- Carefully hollow out each garlic bread bowl, leaving enough bread to hold the filling.
- Spoon the spaghetti mixture into each garlic bread bowl.
- Bake the filled bowls on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until the bread is crispy and the filling is heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush the inside of the garlic bread bowls with olive oil or melted butter before adding spaghetti.
