Instructions

- Immediately toss the drained spaghetti in the skillet with the garlic oil, adding a splash of the reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and salt to taste, mixing thoroughly to ensure everything is combined.
- Serve immediately, offering freshly grated parmesan cheese on the side.
