A quick and flavorful stir-fry bowl featuring ground beef, vegetables, and jasmine rice, all coated in a savory soy and sriracha sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  5. Stir in bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas; cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Add soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper to the beef and veggie mixture; stir to combine.
  7. Serve the beef stir-fry over a bed of jasmine rice.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and enjoy!

Notes

Optional toppings include extra sriracha, toasted sesame seeds, or a fried egg on top. Adjust the heat by varying the amount of sriracha used.
