Delicious and easy-to-make Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders, perfect for game day or family gatherings.

- 9 pack slider buns
- 1 ½ cups shredded chicken
- ½ cup Frank’s Buffalo hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for brushing)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (for added flavor)
- ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well blended.
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a lined 9×9 baking dish.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the buns. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cap with the top halves of the buns.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the top of the buns.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melty.
- Cut into sliders and enjoy while still hot!
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of hot sauce or add cream cheese. These sliders can also be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge or freezer.
