Delicious and easy-to-make Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders, perfect for game day or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 9 pack slider buns
  • 1 ½ cups shredded chicken
  • ½ cup Frank’s Buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for brushing)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (for added flavor)
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well blended.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a lined 9×9 baking dish.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the buns. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cap with the top halves of the buns.
  5. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the top of the buns.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melty.
  7. Cut into sliders and enjoy while still hot!

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of hot sauce or add cream cheese. These sliders can also be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge or freezer.
