Description

Light and flavorful appetizer made with crispy wonton shells and creamy spinach-artichoke filling, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • Fresh spinach
  • Chopped artichokes (canned or frozen)
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the fresh spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined in a bowl.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and press a wonton wrapper into each cup, shaping it into a bowl.
  4. Fill each wonton cup generously with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly spray the tops of the cups with cooking spray before baking. Leftover cups can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
