Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Parmesan recommended)
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, shredded cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, letting the edges hang over.
  5. Fill each wonton cup generously with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the wonton wrappers turn crispy and golden.
  7. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Add crushed red pepper or lemon zest for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
