- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Parmesan recommended)
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, shredded cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, letting the edges hang over.
- Fill each wonton cup generously with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the wonton wrappers turn crispy and golden.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Add crushed red pepper or lemon zest for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
