- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix in a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Stir until blended.
- Season and incorporate breadcrumbs, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is well coated.
- Shape spoonfuls of the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil for a golden finish.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
