Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix in a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Stir until blended.
  3. Season and incorporate breadcrumbs, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is well coated.
  4. Shape spoonfuls of the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the tops with olive oil for a golden finish.
  6. Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
