Description
Delightful Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a creamy mixture of ricotta, fresh spinach, and mozzarella, baked in marinara sauce.
Ingredients

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the cheese mixture until generous.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and drizzle with remaining marinara sauce over the top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Best served warm with a side of salad and garlic bread. Can substitute spinach with kale or add other herbs.
