- 1/4 cup half and half

Instructions
- Boil the water in a small saucepan.
- Steep the tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Add the cinnamon and nutmeg, stirring to combine.
- Sweeten with maple syrup or honey as desired.
- Create the creamy mixture by whisking together milk, heavy cream, and half-and-half until frothy.
- Combine the spiced tea mixture with the creamy mixture and stir gently.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg if desired.
