Scale
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground meat (chicken, beef, or turkey)

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
- Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted but still crunchy.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
For a meatless version, swap the ground meat for a plant-based alternative. You can also add chili flakes for extra heat or incorporate additional vegetables like bell peppers and carrots.
