- 2 boxes of Vanilla Wafers
- 6 to 8 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 container of strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 (5 oz.) box of French Vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container of whipped topping
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Gradually add the French Vanilla pudding and milk to the mixture. Stir until everything is combined and has reached a thick consistency.
- In a large serving dish, begin layering by placing a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom.
- Arrange a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries over the wafers.
- Pour half of your pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Repeat the layering process using the remaining vanilla wafers, bananas, and strawberries, followed by the rest of the pudding mixture.
- Finish with a generous spread of whipped topping over the top layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For added flair, serve in individual cups, garnish with mint or crumbled wafers, and pair with ice cream or chocolate sauce.
