Description

A delightful layered dessert combining ripe bananas, strawberries, creamy pudding, and whipped topping, perfect for summer occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 container of strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 (5 oz.) box of French Vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container of whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  2. Gradually add the French Vanilla pudding and milk to the mixture. Stir until everything is combined and has reached a thick consistency.
  3. In a large serving dish, begin layering by placing a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom.
  4. Arrange a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries over the wafers.
  5. Pour half of your pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  6. Repeat the layering process using the remaining vanilla wafers, bananas, and strawberries, followed by the rest of the pudding mixture.
  7. Finish with a generous spread of whipped topping over the top layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For added flair, serve in individual cups, garnish with mint or crumbled wafers, and pair with ice cream or chocolate sauce.
