- 2 boxes vanilla wafers
- 6 to 8 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 container of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 (5 oz.) box French vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
- Add the French vanilla pudding and milk to the mixture, stirring until fully combined and there are no lumps.
- In a large serving dish, start layering the vanilla wafers on the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas followed by a layer of strawberries.
- Pour half of the creamy pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining wafers, bananas, strawberries, and top it off with the rest of the pudding mixture.
- Spread the whipped topping over the last layer and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a healthier version, consider using sugar-free pudding mix and a light whipped topping.
