Description

A delightful dessert that combines rich cream cheese, sweet bananas, and juicy strawberries layered with crunchy vanilla wafers.


Ingredients

  • 2 boxes vanilla wafers
  • 6 to 8 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 (5 oz.) box French vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the French vanilla pudding and milk to the mixture, stirring until fully combined and there are no lumps.
  3. In a large serving dish, start layering the vanilla wafers on the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of sliced bananas followed by a layer of strawberries.
  5. Pour half of the creamy pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers.
  6. Repeat the layering with the remaining wafers, bananas, strawberries, and top it off with the rest of the pudding mixture.
  7. Spread the whipped topping over the last layer and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version, consider using sugar-free pudding mix and a light whipped topping.
