Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sugar, beating until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the strawberry pie filling into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pie filling.
  6. Evenly sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter generously over the dry cake mix.
  8. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cake is set.
  9. Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving.
