Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Carefully fold in the whipped cream until fully blended.
- Fill each taco shell generously with the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with diced strawberries.
- Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and crushed freeze-dried strawberries, then sprinkle over the tacos.
