Delightful and healthy strawberry yogurt bites packed with protein, perfect for a guilt-free snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (Plain or flavored)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (Optional)
- 1/4 cup protein powder (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, honey or maple syrup (if using), protein powder (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Make sure there are no lumps!
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure to fill them evenly.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, gently remove the yogurt bites from the molds and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months.
