Description

Delightful and healthy strawberry yogurt bites packed with protein, perfect for a guilt-free snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (Plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, honey or maple syrup (if using), protein powder (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Make sure there are no lumps!
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure to fill them evenly.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, gently remove the yogurt bites from the molds and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months.
