  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into evenly sized squares.
  3. Spoon about a teaspoon of softened cream cheese and a teaspoon of strawberry jam into the center of each pastry square.
  4. Gently fold the corners of the squares toward the center, pinching the seams to seal them.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg to achieve a beautiful golden color.
  6. Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
