Scale

- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Mix cooked rice with sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract while it’s still warm.
- Lay out a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Spread a layer of the sweetened sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
- Place sliced strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream in the center of the rice.
- Carefully roll the nori away from you, using the mat to keep everything tight until you reach the border.
- Moisten the border with water to seal the roll.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
These rolls are best served chilled. Consider adding a drizzle of chocolate sauce for an extra treat.
