- 1 box (15.25 ounces) strawberry cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the strawberry cake mix and egg, mixing on low until you have a thick, tacky dough.
- Spread half to two-thirds of the dough evenly across the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the dough layer.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the chips.
- Crumble the remaining dough in 1-inch pieces over the condensed milk and gently press down.
- Bake for 27 to 30 minutes until the edges are light golden brown and the center is mostly set.
- Let cool on a wire rack for at least 2 to 3 hours or overnight before cutting.
