Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (very soft)
  • 1 box (15.25 ounces) strawberry cake mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the strawberry cake mix and egg, mixing on low until you have a thick, tacky dough.
  4. Spread half to two-thirds of the dough evenly across the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the dough layer.
  6. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the chips.
  7. Crumble the remaining dough in 1-inch pieces over the condensed milk and gently press down.
  8. Bake for 27 to 30 minutes until the edges are light golden brown and the center is mostly set.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack for at least 2 to 3 hours or overnight before cutting.
