Description

Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture generously.
  5. Spread a little marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells on top of the sauce.
  7. Pour the remaining marinara over the shells and sprinkle with extra mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
