- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture generously.
- Spread a little marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells on top of the sauce.
- Pour the remaining marinara over the shells and sprinkle with extra mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
