 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
 - 1 tablespoon minced ginger
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Chopped green onions for garnish
 - Sesame seeds for garnish
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger to create a marinade.
 - Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Remove steak from marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and place in the skillet.
 - Cook until browned and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
 
Notes
For best results, marinate the steak longer for enhanced flavor. Serve with rice or as a taco filling.
