Description

Quick and delicious steak bites with a sweet and savory marinade, perfect for weeknight meals and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (your choice, cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger to create a marinade.
  2. Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove steak from marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and place in the skillet.
  5. Cook until browned and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the steak longer for enhanced flavor. Serve with rice or as a taco filling.
