  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: None

Description

Taco Cups are a fun and flavorful twist on traditional tacos, made with crispy wonton wrappers and a cheesy ground beef filling.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Taco toppings (sour cream, salsa, lettuce, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, then mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s melted.
  4. Lightly grease a muffin tin and place a wonton wrapper in each cup, pressing down to form a small cup.
  5. Fill each wonton cup with the beef and cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are crispy and golden.
  7. Cool slightly before serving and top with your favorite taco toppings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. You can freeze unbaked cups for up to two months.
