- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and a splash of water, stirring to combine thoroughly.
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin cups to create little bowls.
- Fill each wrapper with the seasoned beef, then sprinkle generously with cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the wontons are crispy and the cheese is bubbling and melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
