Description

A quick and delightful twist on traditional tacos, these bite-sized Taco Cups are perfect for parties or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and a splash of water, stirring to combine thoroughly.
  4. Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin cups to create little bowls.
  6. Fill each wrapper with the seasoned beef, then sprinkle generously with cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the wontons are crispy and the cheese is bubbling and melted.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
