Description

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips or mini phyllo cups for serving

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning to the cooked meat and follow package instructions, stirring well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
  4. Stir in the cooked beef to the cheese mixture until thoroughly blended.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or spooned into mini phyllo cups.

Notes
