Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the cooked meat and follow package instructions, stirring well.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
- Stir in the cooked beef to the cheese mixture until thoroughly blended.
- Serve with tortilla chips or spooned into mini phyllo cups.
