Instructions
- In the Instant Pot, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ginger.
- Close the lid and set it to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release of the steam.
- Mix the broccoli into the pot and stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water, then pour into the pot to thicken the sauce.
- Serve over freshly cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds for that final touch.
