  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooked rice (for serving)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In the Instant Pot, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ginger.
  2. Close the lid and set it to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  3. Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release of the steam.
  4. Mix the broccoli into the pot and stir to combine.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water, then pour into the pot to thicken the sauce.
  6. Serve over freshly cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds for that final touch.
