Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, along with salt and pepper to your liking.
  4. Spoon the meat mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  5. Carefully layer the tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider adding garlic powder or Italian seasoning to the beef. This dish can also be frozen for longer storage.
