Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, draining any excess fat afterward.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly across the bottom.
- Top with tater tots, covering the entire surface.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
