- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk to the cooked beef, stirring until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots directly on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
