- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Ketchup (optional)
- Mustard (optional)
- Pickles (optional)
- Mini burger buns
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the tater tots.
- Spread the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Once the tater tots are ready, place a spoonful of ground beef on top of each tot.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the beef, then return the tray to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Assemble each tater tot topped with beef and cheese inside a mini bun.
- Drizzle with ketchup, mustard, and add pickles as desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
