A comforting and aromatic Tea Tea Latte blending black tea with warm spices and creamy milk.
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons black tea leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cardamom pods
- 4 cloves
- 1 slice of fresh ginger
- 2 cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, sugar, or maple syrup) to taste
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
- Add the black tea, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, and ginger into the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- Heat another saucepan with the milk until warm but not boiling.
- Strain the aromatic tea mixture into the warm milk and stir in your sweetener.
- Serve immediately for a steaming cup or allow it to cool for an iced version.
Notes
Try garnishing with ground cinnamon or star anise. It’s great with snacks like spiced muffins or almond cookies.
