- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup queso sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the steak to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your preferred doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.
- In your serving bowls, layer cooked rice at the bottom, followed by sliced steak, and finish with queso sauce.
- Top with your choice of fresh toppings. Serve warm and enjoy!
