Description
Tender bites of sirloin steak marinated in a zesty blend of spices, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
- Add the sirloin steak pieces to the marinade. Make sure each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or longer if you have time!
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add the marinated steak bites in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure proper searing.
- Cook the steak bites for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate for a few hours or overnight. Serve with mashed potatoes, salad, or your favorite dipping sauce.
