  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
  2. Add the sirloin steak pieces to the marinade. Make sure each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or longer if you have time!
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Add the marinated steak bites in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure proper searing.
  5. Cook the steak bites for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate for a few hours or overnight. Serve with mashed potatoes, salad, or your favorite dipping sauce.
