- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crostini, crackers, or grilled veggies for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until well blended.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper together.
- Pour the tomato mixture over the cheese blend in the baking dish.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with crostini, crackers, or grilled vegetables.
