Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crostini, crackers, or grilled veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until well blended.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper together.
  5. Pour the tomato mixture over the cheese blend in the baking dish.
  6. Drizzle the balsamic glaze on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve warm with crostini, crackers, or grilled vegetables.
