- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a few tablespoons of pizza sauce over the tortilla, leaving space around the edges.
- Sprinkle a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni slices and diced bell peppers.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end, sealing the edges as you go.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Lightly brush with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5–10 minutes.
