Tortilla Pizza Rolls

Description

A fun and delicious blend of soft tortillas and classic pizza ingredients, perfect for snacks or casual meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a few tablespoons of pizza sauce over the tortilla, leaving space around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni slices and diced bell peppers.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end, sealing the edges as you go.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
  7. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Lightly brush with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is melted.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels.
  11. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5–10 minutes.
