Description
Indulgently sweet Twix Cookies combine a soft sugar cookie base with caramel and a rich milk chocolate topping.
Ingredients

			- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
 - 1 cup milk chocolate chips
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
 - Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
 - Gradually add the flour and mix until just incorporated.
 - Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
 - Remove from oven and let cool slightly, then drizzle the caramel sauce on top.
 - Melt the chocolate and pour it over the caramel, or dip the tops of each cookie.
 - Let set before enjoying!
 
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with a dairy-free alternative. Dark chocolate can be used for a richer taste.
