Description

Indulgently sweet Twix Cookies combine a soft sugar cookie base with caramel and a rich milk chocolate topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until just incorporated.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly, then drizzle the caramel sauce on top.
  8. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the caramel, or dip the tops of each cookie.
  9. Let set before enjoying!

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with a dairy-free alternative. Dark chocolate can be used for a richer taste.
