Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked noodles (egg noodles)
  • 2 cups shredded chicken (leftover rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (save half for topping)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cooked noodles, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, corn, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with turkey and bacon with mushrooms.
